For those of you who have taken the TEAS V, how was the math part? I am kind of nervous because i literally SUCK at math. I just know very very very basic stuff and that's it. I took the practice exam online and did horrible! There is a lot of science that I never recall learning. Chemistry on the practice exam was really hard. How is the actual exam compared to the practice one online and in the ati manual?

The test is almost identical to the practice test on the ati website. Practice Practice Practice (i can not say it enough) fractions. Everything from adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. Also multiplying and dividing decimals. Oh and do a brief look at roman numerals. Give yourself a couple days with a prep book on the math section and you will do fine.
As for the science.... I found this to be one of the hardest sections to study for. Just read over chemical equations, periodic table information (atomic mass etc..) Know the grid for determining genetic traits(i forgot the name).
Go over the ati practice test results and see what you got wrong in the science section and focus on those subjects the most.
I just took my teas last week and did better than I thought, but since I can take it twice and they take the highest score I have nothing to lose. Just relax and don't be nervous. If you have any other questions just let me know I would be happy to help.
