Teas 4.0 science question types

HI GUYS! I NEED URGENT HELP QUICK!

I'm about to take the teas 4.0 next week. For those who have already taken the test, can you tell me the format/kinds of questions asked? Are the questions objective/comprehensive or long phrased scientific interpretation questions? I just need to know what I should focus more on. I have the ati study manual and it seems like all the questions are scientific reasoning (graphs, charts) questions; however, I noticed from looking at other nursing entrance exam books that most questions are short objective/comprehensive type questions.

Also, how would you say is the best way to study for the scientific reasoning questions (graphs, charts)? All of those questions are so random and seem like its based off of your own common sense and have nothing to do with studying content material! Help please!! Thank you!!
