Taking the NCLEX for the 1st time

Hello I am testing on February 12th for the NCLEX-RN and I am having problems with choosing the correct answers. I always narrow them down to 50% and after that who knows what happens. I took Kaplan and I am reviewing the videos and answering questions from their Qbank. I have a tough time with pharm and physiological integrity. My percentage is in the 50% range for my tests. I would appreciate any study tips or any help anyone may have. Today's my birthday and I'm studying away. Dedicated to being a NURSE!!

Good luck, I'll be praying for you. I will be taking my test on Feb 12th too. I have been using hurst and pda.

j just took nclex and passed. I found the PDA book to be very helpful I wish I could had paid more attention to it. Using Hurst for content . Do lots of questions and read rationales. EKGS and priority questions also. Good luck

My test is on the 12th too which is Lincoln's birthday. I'm having exact problems like you Broadie.

Don't give up @givensummer. I just purchased the pda book that was mentioned and I saw nothing but good comments. I'm watching the content videos provided by Kaplan and answering 150 questions a day. I'm determined to pass this exam first time around. I'm prayed up!!!
