Congratulations on your acceptance at Southwestern Adventist University and GOOD LUCK!

Hello, I got accepted as well. I will be moving from Houston. Wbu?

Hello, i know it’s late to ask but, how much you got for teas and GPA to get into Swau. Thank you for your help!

Hi there, I got in with a 3.7 gpa and a 73 on my teas.

Thank you for your response!! I try to reach that Teas score but I got 60% . I will retake it in summer.

Hey, i still wonder. Do they have summer nursing class. Or just spring and Fall. I want to study for whole year because i’m an international, so i don’t have things to do in summer. Lol. Hope can hear your response soon!

Hello! I know this is an old chat but im having trouble finding people who have gone to SWAU. I got accepted to the BSN program and was hoping you can give me your insight on it? Thank you ? I can also give u my number when u answer!

It’s a great program. No program is perfect, however this school has high standards but will also be willing to listen to issues and make changes if they come up etc. The equipment is super new and cutting edge and the hospitals I’ve been in for clinical are fantastic. Lots of opportunities for externships too. With covid, they have been flexible with us when it comes to changes. When do you start? I’ll be a senior.

I would be starting this fall! I am currently on the waitlist for SHSU , so I’m trying to see which program would best fit my needs! From what I’ve read , swau seems pretty strict about certain things. When and where did you have clinicals? I would be moving from htx ,so I am trying to see where the best place to live would be.

They are within good reason. But let me say this, if you get in and work hard you really won’t have an issue. Promise. Jps, thsw, cooks.

You need to avg 75 percent in all exams in quizzes in order to pass. Every single school has the same rule. If you’re only avg 70 in classes you likely won’t pass boards.
