Sutter Roseville interview

Hey guys! Has anyone ever interviewed at sutter Roseville before or any sutter facility? I have an interview there for my first nursing position and I am soooo nervous and don't know what type of questions to expect as far as scenarios and behavioral questions! Any information will greatly be appreciated!!

Hi, when is your interview at Sutter Roseville or did you already interview?

That was my first job out of school (on the MedSurg/Onc floors for a year or so, then I moved to ICU w/post partum when I could) and I worked there for 6 years total. I didn't really interview initially, she just called me and offered me the job and when I moved to ICU I remember mostly scenario-type questions, but it was really quick.

Good luck. If you get a good manager there, life is pretty damn good.

I've also worked at different Sutters (Mills, Alta Bates, Delta, Solano), but those were in travel nursing contracts and sometimes the managers don't ask you any questions while others go into detail with everything. Traveling is different though, so I don't think you need to worry about that.
