Hello nurses. I am in California. I was wondering if it's better to surrender your license or get it revoked? My ultimate goal is to be an RN again. But I was in probation and got 1 positive alcohol test. Worst case scenario is the BON will revoke it. I'm just wondering if I should surrender it before they revoke it?? Revoke sounds even more harsh.
i want to be able to get my license again ASAP. Does surrender mean I won't ever Be able to get it again? I know that if you're revoked, you may be able to apply at a certain time. Not sure about surrender. Any feedback helps!!! Thank you
