They have several Nurse Practitioner Programs, a nurse anesthetist program and if I'm not mistaken a nursing educator program. Their salary is about 65 starting and that's not including night differential and all the other add ons. If you would like more infomration check out their website.
Hope that helps.
I'm also wondering about graduate programs at Downstate, specifically midwifery. If anyone has information about that program, or general information about ease of dealing with the administration, red tape, etc, I'd love to know! Tuition is only a fraction of what it would be at private universities, and I'm curious to know how Downstate stacks up against places like Columbia.
Thanks!
