Hi everyone,
I graduated from nursing school 2 years ago. I have took my test 3 times so far but no luck. I passed the exit test that our school had in order to graduate. I have took Kaplan twice. Our school used ATI and I also used their program after I graduate which should of helped with preparation. I used Saunders Q&A. but I still haven't been able to pass my test.
I know I have test anxiety. also I am very slow at taking test. all 3 times that I took the test I ran out of time. The 3rd time I took the test I got so stressed out that I couldn't even understand what the questions was asking me.
After the 3rd try I decided that I wasn't able to pass this test even I was an honer student at school. My friends and family told me that I was smart and I could do it but I lost hope. I got a different job and tried to move on with life but I lost my relationship and everything in the process.
After almost a year I can't still stop thinking about my dream which is to be a great nurse and help humanity.
So I am back in the game. I started studying my ATI book. I was on the internet today and happened to cross by this site. I signed up. I am here to learn what others did and I should do.
I am open to any suggestions. Please let me know if you can think of anything that I can tackle this test.
Also, When I study my mind does wonder a lot but somehow I managed to do great at school so I know I can do this. Looking forward to your suggestions.

My school used ATI too. For me, ATI was the only study material I needed. Maybe reading the med-surg ATI book and the fundamentals ATI book again would be helpful...I felt that ATI prepared me for the NCLEX,
Good luck! You can do it. Where there is a will there is a way. :)
