Studying for the teas

Hello everyone,

Today is my first day that i began studying for the teas. I have taken practice test A without studying and i did poorly. I will be taking the teas in the beginning of July. However, i am unsure on what section of the teas review book to start on. I am planning to apply to Texas Women University and UT Health Science Center. If any pre-nursing or nursing students can give me any advice, it would be of great help.

First time using this, Thank you so much! I greatly appreciate your help.

You should have plenty of time from now until July to study. Find out which sections you are doing poorly on and keep reviewing on those areas. Also keep in mind that if you keep retaking the same practice tests, you aren't learning anything. You're basically just memorizing answers which likely won't show up again when you take the actual test. Devote the next month to reading the TEAS study guides, and I suggest writing down notes on important concepts as well as information you have a hard time retaining.

The thread "How I passed the TEAS V exam" will give you an idea of what you should expect on the test.

Good luck!
