Hi everyone,

I am taking Transitions next Wednesday. I have been going over the practice test questions and answers with rationals as wel as reading the text. Did any of you find going over the pracice exam correct answers and rationals helped a great deal? How does the exam compare to the practice exams? It seems on the practice exams they cover a lot of "roles" in nursing and chain of command, not many "laws" though.

any tips would be appreciated! :)

I felt the practice exams were a crap shoot. Sometimes you got the same questions on your real tests and other times I didn't recognize a thing. I also thought the practice exams were harder. I support them, but only because I like being put in practice situations.

I'm def. going to do the practice exams before every exam! They are worth every penny. I'll be cramming it all in this whole week!! Just lots of info I don't normally use in everyday nursing with Transitions! I use maybe 50% of what I'm studying at this point in my everyday practice so it's not easy to study for.
