Studying for the NET using the Kaplan Guide

How can I find out if this is a good guide to use? The book just came out in June of 2005. Anybody else used or is using this book?

Does the year matter?

The NET was very easy. I used the little book that is produced by the creators of the NET test - I think it's only like 45 pages - and scored in the 98th percentile. I just read through it and took the practice tests once and that's it. I wouldn't waste my time or $ on any fancy books. Good luck! ;)

I have not used it but I am using the one from the creators of the NET. I have no idea if the date of publish matters.
