Studying for Nclex

:banghead: I am so nervous about my nclex. I took a review course and they made me more nervous about the the test. I took kaplan and they said I was ready and this other place said i should be getting over 75% consistently each time. I am so worried and confused about who is right. I put up positive notes all around the house to encourage me. I'll take any advice

well, im with you coz i also dont know how to prepare for the exam... but wat we need i guess it to believe in ourselves that we can make it... and as long as we know that we did everything to pass the test... then let God help us.. it is in God's way already...

Do every single question kaplan has available. As long as you're getting scores in the high 50s-60s you'll do great. I swear!

If it helps I found kaplan questions to be more difficult than the actual nclex questions, not by much but you'll def. see the difference.

I finally started getting in the high 50s & low 60s on qbank. i have a lil over 400Qs to go & nclex this fri!!!! yikes! My problem is that i never remember the rationales!!! I'll get a question on a topic, look it up then forget all the info when it pops up in another question!! Ugh!!!!

I see that someone others took kaplan just so they felt stupid, like i did! I have been starting to ask myself what the heck have been doing for the past 4 years!? Taking NCLEX on Friday 7/11 and officially having sinus tachycardia from it! :redbeathe

...and what's sinus tachycardia?

>100BPM!

Sorry, dear. I hope you did well. I take mine July 31st. Best news for me today is that I went from an average of 25% on neuro stuff to 75%! Now, to work on cardiology, ugh.

suzanne's tip is good for the nclex i believe..

at least at your own phase you can study and assess your self

i'm using right now saunders comprehensive and q&a

its really a good material.. following suzanne's tip

then on my free time, i answer lippincott review series q&a

and answer 100 items a day at least..

practicing makes perfect as they said,

why not try it!
