Hello All!
I am currently studying for the TEAS, and due to work, kids, life etc...I am starting to get freaked out concerning how much time I actually have to prepare for the test. I am scheduled to take the test the last week of March. I have three solid days a week to study and have only been consistently studying for a week now.
Please share your thoughts on how much prep time you needed to pass the TEAS.

Hey Tamara....I understand the struggles of trying to balance everything. I took the Teas V test yesterday. I have been prepping on and off for 2 1/2 months. The school that I plan to attend only requires us to take Reading & Math so I devoted my time on Math. I plan to retake the test again next month because I ran out of time during the reading section. It is so important to watch your time. I would strongly encourage you to study from the ATI Study Manual because everything you need to know for the test is in the manual. However, I do not know if the Science and English section is the same as the Manual. ATI also offers Practice Test on their website for a fee. It is helpful to study the areas that give you the most issues. Good luck this month on your test. You can do it!
Thank you for responding. I have the ATI book and have been watching videos on line to mix it up a bit. The sciences are my weakest area. The school I am applying to requires scores from all four TEAS subjects. I just pray that this little bit of time I have to study is enough.
If you have Facebook I invite you to check out a page called "Teas V Review Group". The group is amazing and very supportive. On the facebook page you can receive instant feedback from other fellow students who are experiencing the same stressors of the Teas test. Best wishes to you.
