Study for RN in same Area you'd like to get a job? Or move after school?

I know with Law School (of which I almost went), they suggest you go to school in the same geographic area you'd like to practice law. Is that the same with most Nursing Schools? I'm not sure I want to stay where I'm out now, but if it's easier to study here and move to another state, that might be feasible.

I can see why law schools suggest that since laws are different wherever you go. But I don't think it really matters for RN. It is a very flexible job. The benefiting of staying wherever you are is so you can pay in-state tuition. Right now the number one concern I think for most nurses is finding jobs. CA and NY nurses don't have any luck right now it seems like (check out the posts about new grads not able to find jobs for months).
