Study in M.S in Germany

hi everyone

my name is Vahid and i am 26 years old and I graduated in B.S of Nursing science in Tehran university of medical science (Iran) and I worked in CCU and ICU open heart ward(for about 3 years) ,and these days I'm interested in Study in M.S degree in Germany and my level in Germany language is A2 .

whats your opinion ?

i have heard about Nursing in Germany that is not like other countries and they work under many limitations ,for example they are not allowed to do invasive procedures and somethings like that and they work kinda like a carer...

please do me a favor and explain more to me
