My organization just recently adopted the Studor Group as corporate leadership policy/guidelines. I have read a few chapters of the book but have yet to see evidence of implementation. While the book makes some compelling points, I have to wonder if it's not more of the same-old, same-old and just the latest trendy leadership idea. Does anyone have any actual Studor experience? Care to share?
