Student request, please...

Hi everyone!

I'm just finishing up my last year of nursing school and am taking an online class. Well tomorrow is test day and our online instructor (different from our clinical instructor) wants us to bring in pt. ABG information for analysis. She wants 1 "normal" and 2 abnormal ABG's along with the intervention for each. The problem is that none of my pt.'s needed ABG's drawn and my clinical instructor didn't feel comfortable with us snooping through other people's charts due to HIPAA regulations. So I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some real ABG senarios. I could make them up, but I don't feel comfortable doing that. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!

try this, it gives a few sample problems.

I would explain to your instructor exactly what your clinical instructor said, and that you did some research to complete the assignment since your clients did not need ABGs.
