No, student loans are from accredited programs in the USA, before you go school for nursing outside the USA, I would check the latest NCLEX pass rates.

With about a 75% Fail rate that is not encouraging if you wish to practice in the USA.

A student loan is designed to help students pay for university tuition, books, and living expenses. It may differ from other types of loans in that the interest rate may be substantially lower and the repayment schedule may be deferred while the student is still in education. If you are in United States, you can enjoy Obama's program for students. Federal student loans come with a lot of strings connected. For all the strings, though, the loans are supposed to help encourage education and advanced degrees. As of 2012, however, graduate student loans will no longer have their interest subsidized, which will shift accountability for paying $18.1 billion over 10 years to pupils. Graduate student loans to lose interest subsidy. For graduate students, this means borrowing money to pay for school will be more expensive. These are payments the government would have ordinarily paid during the years of schooling and up to six months after graduation. The deal also eliminates a credit on the loan that students receive if they pay on a loan for 12 months without missing a payment.
