STTI New Chapter

Hi, I live in a rural area of New England and we are currently trying to start a local chapter of Sigma Theta Tau. I am on the Governance Committee and we are writing the policy for induction of the Nurse Leader. I am looking for help from anyone involved in STTI who is willing to share their policy with us. Thanks!
