Im a registered RRT and LPN, I pursued RN school because i wanted to finish what I started. Now Im struggling. I love respiratory and enjoy critical care and dont know what I should do about giving it up. My experiences with nursing so far are out of my comfort zone and entry levels are were Im the weakest in my field of expertise. I may be able to work in a couple of deptartments at our hospital, but dont know how to go about sorting out pros and cons of those areas and what is the best fit for me? nothing is etched in stone for sure and I dont know if it is good to start a new position before passing boards, but if i dont jump new grads will have these positions filled. I feel it is such a demand for RNs to make fast decsions its overwhelming. any sugestions to help my mind that is swimming?
