Im applying for LVN school at a local tech school. I barely passed that wonderlic test with a score of 19 and the school only requires a 17. I got a kaplan study guide and did terrible on the science and math part. I took a few free online teas tests and did pretty bad. Is the actual teas test as hard as some of the online ones? I can't do those punnett squares or balance a chemical equation. Any online videos that would help?

Get the official TEAs guide if you can! I found it to be extremely helpful. There are also videos known as Khan's Academy on YouTube for math section. He goes over all the Teas math section following the official Teas guide but he is kinda hard to understand. As for science, there's a good list of topics here on allnurses (utilize search) and then just Google resources based off of the list.
On terms of difficulty on actual test, I'd say the real test was easier for me personally. It's different for everyone. Some people think it's just common sense and they easily pass while others study and study but still fail twice in a row.

I agree with Honey Clover--get the study guide that's "official," which means the one put out by the same company who makes the test: ATI. Here's the link for the book we're talking about:
TEAS Review Manual, Version 5.0 (ATI, Study Manual for the Test of Essential Academic Skills(TEAS)): 9781933107981: Medicine & Health Science Books @ Amazon.com
Start going through it, and look up videos for any topic that you don't thoroughly understand. If you find the book's material difficult to read, you could try the "Secrets of the TEAS V" book, but the practice questions/tests from that book aren't as accurate as the one from ATI.
Hope you do well!!
