Stress Test Algorithm?

hi everyone. does anyone have an algorithm already in place for determining when you would do a stress test and which variety, on a patient that presents to the ed with chest pain?

we are developing a chest pain center and although we have guidelines galore- i was hoping for an already made, pretty picture stress test algorithm that we could...share, or adopt.

seriously-- any help out there?

and have a good weekend and for those of us working-- hope it's a good one too
