Stethoscopes in stores?

Is it possible to buy stethoscopes (pref. Littman) in any stores? If so, what type of stores?

I am not sure about some of the sites I have found stethoscopes, such as stethoscopes.com...and would like to feel them myself anyways. I've checked the local universities' bookstores as well...no cigar.
