Has anyone graduated from ECPI MCI LPN Program? I'm nervous and excited! Please give some feedback from current or graduated students.

i am at ecpi mci in Newport News va and am in the Lpn program I have enjoyed it so far it's starting to get a little harder now but still fun

I'm also a student at MCI but I'm at the South Richmond Va campus. I started last year and almost done and can't wait. It's a lot of fun but since I'm as far as I am, it is getting harder. Good luck :)

Thanks everyone, I'm glad to know its a fun process even though it is challenging. I'm excited to start!

Just be prepared for the fast pace. I think that's the toughest part of the whole thing

How are the clinical rotations. Are they more at hospitals or nursing homes?

I actually start clinical rotations this week :). So as of now I can't really answer that. I do know that we will go to a hospital setting ( for my school, we gotta to 2hrs away from school). But since LPNs are mostly in LTCF, we will do mostly assistant living just a guess. I'd find out just to be on the safe side

Oops meant LTCF lol

Oh ok, I'm working in a hospital here in winston salem, nc and we are starting to use a lot if lpn's. So hopefully we have some hospital clinical's. What classes did you take first semester?

Freshman Orientation (which to be honest is common sense), Nursing Foundations 101 (to me was common sense but everybody is different) and Anatomy 1

I just remembered there's math then comes Foundations. Sorry forgot all bout the math :/

Thanks for the info, I'll keep posting updates after I start in May. It can't come soon enough, I'm ready to start!
