I recently was offered a staff development and infection control RN position at a long term care facility.
I have worked as a CNA and Medication Aide in long term care since 2019. However, I have been a RN for less than a year.
The position sounds like a dream job, but I'm worried that I may not have enough experience to be successful in this position. Any advice for a new nurse entering this role? Thanks!!
