Hi everyone,
I am interviewing for a position at st vincents in manhattan. is there anyone out there who has worked for this hospital and can give some insight? i know it is not as large as Columbia and Mt Sinai but they offer new grads a critical care position/orientation which is why I am interested. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I know that the nurses at St Vincent's ratified a new contract in January of this past year withOUT a strike---there're some financial concerns, as the overall St Vincent's legal entity (which includes, e.g., a hospital on Staten Island) is in bankruptcy...Let us know how your interview goes, if they have 12-hour shifts, etc. Good Luck!
