St. Rose New Grad Program

I applied for both openings at Siena and I haven't heard back. I have a friend who did yesterday and another who just got hired today. One currently works there and the other did before nursing school. It is still early in the review process though. My fingers are still crossed.

I also applied and have not heard anything. Still under manager review.

Just want to give all of you who applied to imc siena a heads up, I spoke to the hr director and she let me know that the imc manager has been out all week and would not be reviewing our apps till next week or the following. There is still hope!!!

My guess is that someone is going to contact you and set up an appointment to take the "battery test". It's the behavioral test. You must pass that and a math test in order to get an interview. It's a good sign :) Happy for you. Good luck!

I finally got a call from the manager regarding the math & nurse career battery tests. Took it today, but not sure how I did. I hope I did good!

My app statuses went from "Assessment in progress" to "Manager review process in progress". Not sure what the new one means.

Same here, took the math and battery test today. Mine also now says "manager review process in progress". The math exam was straight forward but the battery test had some vague questions. Oh well, hope we did well and get an interview.
