1st Job

So I graduated on Dec 10th and just landed my first job in LTC. I am so excited and looking forward to it. I will have orientation for 2 weeks. I will be working 3 12's night shift and have Friday, Saturday and Sunday off every other week. I will be caring for around 30 patients.

I start Monday with orientation on days for the first week and then will move to the night shift.

If you have any suggestions or advice I am willing to listen.
