1st day of classes (Med. Term.)

Yesterday was 1st. day.

Teacher asked us for introductions: Name, where from, where live now, major.

Of course everyone had some sort of health major; mostly nursing, a few med.

asst's, and a few heath care mgmt. A LOT of the nursing were 1st sem pre-nursing.

So then she asks how many of you have taken college level bio/anat classes?

So I raise my hand....look around....mine's the only one up!!! Quickly, I pull it back

down, b/c of course now everyone's looking at me!

Teacher says what classes have you taken? Told her A&P 1&2, Microbiology. She says

Wow! Looks like you have a leg up on everyone here! A lot of these terms will look

somewhat familiar to you!

Other than swamping us w/homework and telling us about a project we have to do and

present to the front of the class....and of course my moment in the spotlight...the day

went pretty well.

How'd everyone else's first day go????
