Spell Check

Having been involved in health care for a number of years I really havent run across a good one. Also depends on where you want to use it ie Word/Wordperfect/ect ect. For what its worth the best I found for Word anyway was adding words to its data base as you come across them, looking them up via the net.

Now to go one further- hey moderators or Brian how about a spell check for the boards- I for one know my posts are riddled with errors.
