Specialty help

Hey everyone! I am a nurse with BSN and I’m interested in switching specialties but don’t wanna make a wrong choice for what would fit me best! I have 1.5 years experience in peds ICU. It was a level I trauma center and I loved the traumas, respiratory patients, and the critical/intubated/sedated but I didn’t like being with the same patients all the time so I was considering ED. I also really enjoyed CV coursework so I was considering CVICU too. I don’t want to stay in Peds as I’m sure the specialities vary depending on your patient population. Any help is greatly appreciated!
