sometimes I hate to write.

no honest, I love writing my feelings and ideas and expressing myself on paper...... but in a monologue way. I also love the arts, and I am going to WICKED on saturday! :) I always thought what it would be like to write for a major magazine, or write for entertaiment media.

Unfortunately, living in the real world. I am doing this. Going to school and getting my BSN..... anyways. I need to write a ppaper about a person who's leadership style fits the criteria in my book.

now hopefully the creative writing will come into play, because I think that the nurse manager & the leaders that I have interacted with so far in my career are well.... not what I think of ideal would be.

so here comes the brain storming!...
