Sometimes call SUCKS......

Just venting here folks, needed someone that would understand.

Was on :redbeathecall last weekend (F,S,S), went in Friday night from 2200-0200, on call again Tues, worked regular shift starting @ 0630, left @ 2330, on call again this weekend and already have 2 :redbeathe hearts scheduled for tomorrow, the first one not even scheduled until 1030.. He has a case (port-a-cath) up the road (aka the other hosp) @ 0730, then another port at our place @ 0930.

He might be at our place by 0930 IF he showed up for the first case on time (doubtful) then moves like he should BUT, you all know how that goes....:angryfire

Hopefully they will give us a regular OR to do the port so we can get the heart going at the same time.....

OK, thanks for listening....PS, at least they did let me leave early today, LOL
