somebody please answer

I posted a question yesterday titled is nc experiencing a shortage of nurses or is there actually an overflow?I only got 1 reply but if I post on the nj or ny discussion I will get 25 replies saying there is an overflow and they can't find jobs. I want to move here in fayetteville but am scared to leave a job and turns out there is an overflow there also.

Actually maybe I will find a job because currently doing pdn with bayada and maxim and I know I can transfer them down there.

i am in the charlotte area, and the hospitals (cmc, presbyterian) are currently on hiring freeze, i had to cross over to south carolina for work. Its about a 30 minute drive since the hospital there was still hiring
