I was wondering what the salary or hourly is for a new grad in souther CA. Thanks for your help :)

It depends on which part of Southern California.
The pay rates are very different in LA County, the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino), Orange County, San Diego, etc.
OK. Lets say Orange and LA County. Would you have an estimate on that? Thank you:)
LA County - low $30s per hour (wages have stagnated since the recession and jobs for new grads are hard to find).
Orange County - high $20s to low $30s per hour. Although Orange County has the higher cost of living, hospitals in the area can get away with paying less because everyone wants to live there, and therefore, will accept lower wages for the chance to live and work in the OC.
