Thanks Anna for the prompt reply. Im working in Oxford Uk, planning to move hopefully to CA. Got my visa screen cert. thru my CGFNS. Waiting for my ATT to sit for NCLEX. Just wondering if I could get an employer by myself? I know some guys from this forum managed to get employers on their own. Any advice on how did you do it? Thanks...

If you are looking at CA would suggest sending Suzanne4 a PM she may know of hospitals doing direct hire. The issue I can see is retrogression which may cause delay for you for a period if you are from Phillipines. Direct hire is a better way as you have more control over where you end up, agency can't always guarantee that.
