slower learner

hi,i am a CNA in in iowa, who has just been certified within the last month and am a looking for my first job as a cna. i have, mild autism and adhd which makes it harder for me to learn new techniques as fast and keep up to the normal pace of an average person and cna. it has a given me a hard time learning as fast as other people and keeping up with the pace of people when i have successfully learned the skill. in turn, because of those previous problems,i dont know how much it would affect my nursing career as far as how long it should take learn or complete skills. any person that may have the same issues or advice on how to deal with learning problems would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,new IA CNA
