Should I: get applications, send a resume, or both?
I'm trying to figure a strategy for getting a job. I'm a new graduate pn, without any non-school health care experience. I have only worked at one place and that was a long time ago.
I am wondering what would be more effective. Should I just fill out applications, even if the place isn't hiring? What about writing a resume and sending it or giving it in person? Would doing both be overkill?
Thanks
