Should I apply for LPN program?

Hi allnurses,

I was looking for advice. I am on waitlist for lottery drawing for Winter 2017 and Spring 2017 for one school and for a lottery drawing for another school beginning Fall 2016. Both of these are ADN programs, which is what I really want.

Should I bother to apply for a another LPN program for Fall 2017? It requires me getting my transcripts and meeting with an adviser and taking entrance exams. And paying $100 fee. Do you think I should wait on lottery drawings or pursue the LPN program as well?
