Shiftkey agency

Does anyone know of this agency? Not sure how many states it covers but I'm planning to onboard as a side job, it seems legit and I hear the pay is very good. Can anyone else give any information on this agency, ie scheduling, how many shifts you work?

Hi. Don't know if you're still looking into this agency.  I signed up in April, hoping to get jobs here in Texas.  I went through the hassle of doing drug tests, background checks and all their assessments only to be told that there were "No RN Available Shifts available in your Region" .  Customer service is virtually non-existent; nobody responds to emails.  It's taken me 3 months and I've finally gotten a hold of someone who rudely told me that I haven't done all of the assessments.  Interestingly, the assessment in question was just put in my account today (it's date-stamped and an email was just sent today).  Very frustrated with this company right now, due to their lack of professionalism, and therefore wouldn't recommend them.
