Shift Report Sheets

I'm sorry if this has been posted somewhere before, I've searched and cannot seem to find it. I'm a new RN grad and looking for my first job. I've had great success in my clinicals staying on track with some report sheets I've found along the way but nothing that I have stuck with. Is there a topic somewhere sharing the various organizational tools you use across the different fields? I know that they will be different according to the specialty, I'd just like to see, and ultimately try, as many as possible. Thanks in adv.

    I think if you use the search bar and type 'Esme brain sheets,' a few good ones pop up!
