Hi guys, I know there are a lot of threads asking what to expect from an interview, but I just wanted to ask if there is anyone here with knowledge of what questions would be asked over at Sheriff's County, either first hand or even through word of mouth. Because I'm not dealing with patients in a hospital, I would assume the questions might be a little different. Also, this is my first real interview as I've only had one job my whole life and that was practically a gimme so I'm pretty nervous. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems like interview questions are pretty similar across fields. You need to be able to relate your previous experience to what you will be asked to do and to highlight your skills and how they will help you be successful in the job you're applying for. I found lots of great advice on websites when I googled "behavioral interviewing". One that I liked a lot was Nursing Link : Where Nurses Call the Shots you don't have to join to access most of their info.
Good luck!

Questions are the same, in general. Nursing process, priority questions. Very short interview process.
