Sharp New Grad Interview

I will be interviewing for a ortho/surgical floor with Sharp Hospital as a new grad and was hoping for some pointers/tips. What kind of questions do they ask in new grad interviews? What do they like to hear or are looking for? Anything good to know about ortho/surgical med surg floors? What is the interview like? I'd really appreciate some feedback.
