September 2018 Practical Nursing Mohawk

I got accepted into the practical nursing program for September 2018 at Mohawk. I have yet to accept though as I am trying to decide between Mohawk and Niagara.

I was accepted to mohawk too :) I had a 91% gpa and 75% on the HOAE test

How to compute Hoae GPA?

i honestly added up all categories and divided by the amount of sections. I called them to see if thats how you calculate it and she said she couldnt tell me, so i just kept it that way.

Oh i see... i cant figure out too. In OCAS they didnt even put the percentile scores. Only raw scores.

Btw, Have you registered already for their assessment to success? Or Have u done any steps so far after accepting the offer? Hope to meet you in Mohawk if you're going there.. :)

Sorry i never got the notification for this post. I received a letter in the mail to write the assessment for success, and it said register the end of march and write the test in April. I contacted the college because I kept checking back for when I can register, and she said to just keep checking back.

When I checked my.mohawk the other day, it suddenly changed to registration late april and write the test in May. and im 100% positive it was supposed to be april before lol because im trying to get everything done early.

I did purchase my scrubs already though! My sister is at mcmaster for RN and she waited too long to get her scrubs and her size ended up selling out and they had no word on when it would come back in, so I bought mine early so I wouldnt run into that issue. :)

How did you purchase your scrubs? Did you go to the school? I might purchase mine this Friday. I will apply for Osap too. Have you applied for Osap already?

Since we are at Institute of Applied Heath Sciences at Mcmaster, you can actually buy the scrubs on Mcmaster website! I bought 2 shirts, and a pair of pants plus $8.00 shipping it came to $98.00

and I havent applied for OSAP yet, I am waiting to finish a few tax things! I will soon
