Seeking advice

GM, I have been a RN since Jan 2010. I earned my BSN 2 years later. I have worked in a nursing home for 20 months as a charge nurse and 6months later as a Director of Nursing. I went on to work home health as a field nurse and I am currently doing that. I have completed 2 medical billing and coding certification which includes ICD 9 and ICD 10. I have not taken the certification portion as yet. What would be the next step for me to advance? Thank You

I am thinking of working from home instead of driving such a long distance. Thank you
