Seeking advice

Hello to all. This is my first post, and I am seeking advice. I am an ADN in the process of applying for the NCLEX ATT. I need to include an explanation letter regarding a traffic violation, and I am unsure who to address it to. I really would rather not use "To whom it may concern" beneath the letterhead, unless I have to.

I was hoping someone may know the best way to go with this (i.e. Dear Director etc.) Thanks in advance for your help.

need to ask you state board, try the web site......perhaps there will be a listing or a place to ask questions.

my first thought, though, make sure this is something you are required to do.....most traffic stuff wouldnt warrant a letter......that i am aware of....good luck

How about "Dear sirs/Madams"?
