Second Follow UP

Hi! I need some advice on whether to do a second follow up to an interview that I had for a nursing position. I interview for the position in beginning of October and the nurse manager told me that she would have a decision 2 weeks later. Mid-October I had not heard anything from the organization so I emailed her. She replied back to me the same day saying that she spoke with someone in HR the day before and that I would be hearing something back soon. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I still have not heard anything back from anyone. My question is should I send a second follow up? If so what should I say? I don't want to be annoying or anything. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA :)
