Second degree online BSN programs? (initial entry)

Hello!

I have a degree in Business and Information Systems but Ive decided to go back to school for nursing. At this time, an online program is best for me. I'll be applying for UTA's 2015 accelerated online BSN but I want to apply to other schools too in case I don't get in. Does anyone know of similar programs? Not the private schools, please, I don't have that kind of money. I'm in Texas. I know of Texas Tech, but they want a CNA, and Wisconsin Osh Kosh, but they don't accept Texas students.

Thanks in advance!

Sorry you aren't getting many responses, but that's probably because you are seeking information on something that doesn't exist. As far as I know, the only other option that fits your criteria is WGU. (BSN with RN License - Online RN Degree - Online Nursing School). Their web site indicates that they are accepting applications for "limited clinical opportunities in Dallas and Houston".. Looks like the cost is $4250 for a 6 month term. That may seem very pricey, but they have a 'competence' structure rather than the traditional college hour/semester/quarter arrangement so it may be possible to ramp up your pace in order to decrease costs.

I do know that some (RN-BSN) WGU students trying to enroll in graduate school have run into roadblocks due to the absence of a GPA. Some schools are not willing to do a full-bore transcript analysis & performance assessment that would be needed (in lieu of GPA) to determine whether you meet their grad school criteria.
