Seattle NICUs

Which hospitals in Seattle have NICUs?

Featured Replies

Seattle Children's has a 14 bed unit that also has a step-down unit (not sure how big)...

University of Washington Medical Center has something like 32 beds and that's where all the high-risk Mom's go for their labor...

Swedish Medical Center, also pretty large

Valley Medical Center in Renton, just barely a level 3 with just a few vents here and there...Overlake in Bellevue...Evergreen just north of Seattle (I believe)

Down in Tacoma area, the huge NICU (like 50-60 beds) is Tacoma General.

Good luck!

Hey Justine...Do you live around the Tacoma area?

I used to! I attended Seattle University for college, in Tacoma for high school, and now I live in Washington, D.C.

Did my senior practicum at Valley Medical Center...

Are you in any NICUs in Washington state? I'd like to move back there in a year or two and I don't know too much about their NICUs, except that they exist!
