School nurse interview

I've been a RN for 10+ years and have a lot of experience. I currently work pt as a school nurse and am interviewing for a ft position. I need help answering the usual first question " tell me about yourself?” There are so many ways to answer this but I obviously want to make a good first impression and want them to feel I'm the one to hire... any tips/help/thoughts on the best way to answer this?! I would greatly appreciate it, thank you!!

Tell them about your nursing experience.  Example:  I've been a nurse for 18 years.  I received my Associates from Blah Blah Nursing School in 2005, worked in blah blah specialty/specialties until 2010 when I went back to school at Blah Blah for my BSN - I did this program while continuing to work full time.  I then went on to work in blah blah specialty.  For the past xx years, I've worked part time as a school nurse in Blah Blah ISD.

After briefly covering your nursing experience, you can throw in some personal stuff, if you get the vibe that that is what they are looking for.  Ex:  Outside of nursing, I like to spend time with my family, including my pets.  I enjoy baseball and crafty things, like cross stitch, crocheting, and blah blah other hobby.
